Terrano, Navara Td27 + VW 1.9 tdi, 1.8t Adapter

Swap adapter for connecting VW 1.9 TDI/1.8T engines to following nissan gearboxes:

Adapter is  compatible with Nissan flywheel, for proper fitment, the flywheel from a Nissan must have a redrilled bolt pattern to match the 1.9 TDI crankshaft. Additionally, the center  hole (centrum hole) of the nissan flywheel must be enlarged to fit the TDI engine's,  crankshaft, nissan starter comes to original nissan gearbox position, nissan  clutch plate is used + terrano pressure plate + Nissan TD27T engine MUD sandwich cover plate (black mud cover). The Nissan flywheel must be machined to reduce weight and optimize fitment on the vw engine.

FREE TIP:

• If the flywheel diameter for the pressure plate is 290mm, use a Terrano 2 250mm clutch.
• If the flywheel diameter for the pressure plate is 280mm, use the NSK2184 clutch from the Navara D40 for better performance.

The adapter is compatible with the following engines:

• VE pump 1.9tdi: 1Z, AHU, AGR, AHH, ALE, ALH, AFN, AHF, ASV, AVB, AVG (These engines can be rebuilt into fully mechanical "MTDI" engines.)
