Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

All customers have the right to cancel their order before it is shipped or to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the day they physically take delivery of the goods, without providing any reason.


Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the customer completes an online order through our e‑shop www.jncswap.com. The Seller www.jncswap.com will send an order confirmation email, which serves as acknowledgment of the agreement. By placing an order, the customer confirms their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


Returns for Customers

EU Customers – Free Returns via Designated Logistics Partners

For returns within the European Union, returns are free of charge if the goods are returned via our designated logistics partners, with whom we have contracts across the EU.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Seller in writing email at info@jncswap.com within the applicable period.

Steps to return using the Free EU option:

  1. Contact us at info@jncswap.com, or via our eshop contact form to request a prepaid return label.

  2. We will create the label and provide instructions for returning the goods.

  3. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local shipping office or courier service provided by us.

  4. Our contracted logistics partner will forward the returned item to our main facility using a specific return code.

DHL Express Pickup Option (at Customer’s Expense)
We can also arrange for a DHL Express courier to pick up the package from your address at a time and date mutually agreed upon via email. Before the courier arrives, you will need to confirm the pickup time and date using the email address you provided. Attach the shipping label we provide and hand the package directly to the DHL courier. This service is at your own expense.


Returns via Other Carriers

Items can also be returned via any other shipping company chosen by the customer, but the return cost will be borne by the customer.

Important:

-Items returned without prior authorization or outside the agreed method may not be accepted.

-To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in sturdy packaging. 

-A receipt, order number or proof of purchase is required.

-In case of discrepancies in dimensions or information on our e‑shop regarding compatibility, it is possible to request a return of the goods at our expense.


Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, to your bank account or Pay Pal account. Please note: For payments made via Pay Pal, any transaction fees charged to us by Pay Pal during the original payment will not be refunded.

- We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days.

- Payments can only be refunded to the same account used for the original purchase at checkout.
