Adapter that allows you to bolt the Volkswagen PD 1,9tdi/1,8t engine to your Jeep AX15 transmission bellhousing.

The kit includes a brand-new custom-tuned 240 mm clutch disc with up to 30% higher torque capacity and springs designed for off-road use. The friction material is selected to maintain good driving comfort while providing increased torque capacity.

The adapter is compatible with Valeo VAL835026, NTY, and equivalent 240 mm single-mass conversion clutch kits from manufacturers such as Sachs, Ridex, and others. It is intended for use with our custom 240 mm, 10-spline Jeep clutch disc and the Audi/VW starter (068911024H).

Custom clutch discs can also be manufactured to order (coming soon), including rigid (unsprung) discs for dual-mass flywheel applications. For extreme off-road use, ceramic or Kevlar friction materials are also available on request. We can also manufacture custom clutch hubs and spline profiles to suit virtually any gearbox input shaft.

The adapter is compatible with the following engines:

  • VE pump 1.9tdi: 1Z, AHU, AGR, AHH, ALE, ALH, AFN, AHF, ASV, AVB, AVG (These engines can be rebuilt into fully mechanical "MTDI" engines.) Etc..
  • PD (pumpe duse) 1.9tdi: BSU, BRU, BXF, BXJ, ANU, ATD, AXR, BEW, BMT, AVB, AVQ, BSW, BJB, BKC, BLS, BSV, BXE, BPZ, AJM, ATJ, AUY, BVK, AWX, ASZ, AVF, BLT, ARL, BTB, BPX, BUK etc..
  • 1.8t: BEA, AWT, ARX, ARZ, AWC, BJX ,BAM, APX, AMK, BVR, AJQ, AJL, APP, BBU, APY, AUQ, BEX, AYP, AVJ, ADR, AMB, AMU, APT, APU, ARG, ATC, ATW, AWM, AWP, 1.8i non turbo engines, etc..
