Navara D22 2.5 YD25DDTi + VW 1.9tdi/1.8t adapter

Adapter that allows you to bolt the Volkswagen PD 1.9tdi/1.8t/07K engine to your:

• Navara D22 2,5 YD25DDTi gearbox
• Np300 (navara pick up) 2,5 YD25DDTi gearbox

Note: Additional upgrades are required, such as shortening the gearbox shaft. This adapter plate replaces the intermediate bellhousing piece on the Navara D22 gearbox. This adapter uses VW flywheels and a VW starters, which is positioned exactly as it is on VW engines from the factory — therefore, no modifications to the VW engine are necessary.

Clutch:

• The single-mass Valeo val835026 clutch kit (or equivalent brands like Ridex, Sachs, etc., which are aftermarket conversion kits for dual-mass flywheels),  a navara 240mm clutch disc (you can use terrano 1 or patrol 240mm clutch plate) in the middle and the 068911024H Audi/VW starter. The starter housing must be shortened by 10 mm, (look in vw tips section) and a 10 mm spacer must be installed between the crankshaft and the flywheel due to the adapter plate thickness.

• Adapter is also compatible with 228mm VALEO 835041, ADV183076 single mass flywheel  kit and VW/Audi 03G911023A starter, custom navara 228mm clutch disc. This flywheel and starter are direct bolt on adapter plate and vw crankshaft.

The adapter is compatible with the following engines:

• VE pump 1.9tdi: 1Z, AHU, AGR, AHH, ALE, ALH, AFN, AHF, ASV, AVB, AVG (These engines can be rebuilt into fully mechanical "MTDI" engines.) etc..
• PD (pumpe duse) 1.9tdi: BSU, BRU, BXF, BXJ, ANU, ATD, AXR, BEW, BMT, AVB, AVQ, BSW, BJB, BKC, BLS, BSV, BXE, BPZ, AJM, ATJ, AUY, BVK, AWX, ASZ, AVF, BLT, ARL, BTB, BPX, BUK, etc..
• 1.8t: BEA, AWT, ARX, ARZ, AWC, BJX ,BAM, APX, AMK, BVR, AJQ, AJL, APP, BBU, APY, AUQ, BEX, AYP, AVJ, ADR, AMB, AMU, APT, APU, ARG, ATC, ATW, AWM, AWP, 1.8i non turbo engines, etc...
