The seller actively protects all designs, drawings, and technical solutions against unauthorized use or reproduction.

By purchasing these products, the customer agrees not to replicate, redesign, or commission copies of any components for resale or private production purposes.

All products sold through our online store are intended for off-road, motorsport, or custom applications unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability
Jnc swap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity with the product description. This does not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
