CNC machined swap adapter for connecting VW 1.9 TDI/1.8T engines to Suzuki:

  •  Grand Vitara I (FT/GT) 4×4 – 2.0 16V (J20A sq420) 1998–2005 94kW/128hp gearbox (5-speed manual 4x4) TA02W / TD02W / TD32W / TD52W / TD62W / TL52W

Compatible with gearboxes featuring a conventional clutch release fork and slave cylinder on the gearbox bellhousing. The adapter fits the bellhousing as illustrated in the photos.

 Clutch Compatibility:
  • VW/Audi starter 03G911023A + custom vitara clutch disc + 050141117 228mm pressure plate + VW/Audi 026105269L single-mass flywheel
  • VW/Audi starter 03G911023A + custom vitara clutch disc + Valeo kit 835005 / 701790 single-mass flywheel (or equivalents: val835041, F1A078NX, ADV183076)
  • 228mm dual-mass flywheel kit Valeo 837041 (or equivalents) + VW/Audi starter 03G911023A + custom vitara clutch disc

The adapter is compatible with the following engines:

The distance between the VW engine dowel pins is 306 mm.
