Swap adapter for connecting VW 1.9 TDI/1.8T engines to following nissan gearboxes:

Note: The adapter-to-engine angle is 4 degrees. The VW starter has been slightly moved higher so that it fits neatly into the Nissan gearbox bellhousing, eliminating the need for extensive nissan bellhousing cutting. The adapter-to-gearbox angle, or starter position can be adjusted upon request, free of charge. Feel free to contact us via info@jncswap.com.
The adapter is compatible with:
1. The 240 mm single-mass Valeo VAL835026 clutch kit (or an equivalent kit from brands such as Ridex, Sachs, etc., which are aftermarket conversion kits for dual-mass flywheels) can be used with a Nissan clutch disc and the Audi/VW 068911024H starter with a shortened bellhousing. A 10 mm thick crankshaft spacer should be installed between the crankshaft and the flywheel. To compensate for the spacer, the starter bellhousing must also be shortened by 10 mm.
2. You can also use the 240mm dual-mass flywheel - Sachs 2294 002 198 flywheel with a nissan friction disc, a VW pressure plate. A 10 mm thick crankshaft spacer should be installed between the crankshaft and the flywheel. To compensate for the spacer, the starter bellhousing must also be shortened by 10 mm.
